Ben-Gurion Research Institute for the study of Israel and Zionism at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev invites applicants for two tenure-track, open rank faculty positions that will become available in the following two years: 2018-19 and 2019-20. Applications for both are being accepted now.
Successful candidates should hold a PhD in a related field, preferably after completeing post doctoral research; have a record of academic excellence in conducting independent research; and demonstrated success as an instructor at the university level.
Full applications should include: a detailed CV; an up-to-date list of publications; a research statement (up to two pages) that includes a description of research interests and plans for future research activities, and the ways in which future professional development corresponds with the activites and interests of the BGRI; and the names,titles and email addresses of at least three potential references.
