The Fulbright U.S. Scholar competition for 2019-20 is now accepting applications to Israel via the Senior Scholar Fellowship and postdoctoral fellowships in All Disciplines and Israel Studies. Applications are due August 1, 2018.

The All Disciplines Postdoctoral Fellowship is open to researchers in all academic disciplines and supports programs of work in Israel for up to 20 months (two academic years). A separate fellowship is available for applicants interested in pursuing research at an Israeli institution of higher education in the field of Israel Studies.

The Senior Scholar All-Disciplines Fellowship is open to senior faculty members, professionals, and accomplished artists or writers in all fields and supports grants of four months. Scholars’ proposed activities may include research, lecturing, or a combination of both.

We invite you to join us for a webinar examining the range of Fulbright U.S. Scholar opportunities available to teach and conduct research in Israel on Wednesday, April 25th at 10:30AM EST. During the session, we will discuss relevant application tips and highlight examples of successful projects. We will also be joined by program alumni who will share about their experiences as Fulbright U.S. Scholars to Israel. You may register here.
